Materials

-ARMACOR, developed by Gore, combination of high tech fibers Aramid (Kevlar) and Cordura which is used as the face material in a Gore-Tex Pro Shell 3 layer laminate. The TFL Cool Black system to keep the wearer up to 30 degrees cooler in hot wether. Stretch panels on the sides, behind, and above the knee for added comfort.

-Motorcycle approved Cordura 500 with 3 layer Gore-Tex Pro Shell laminate.

Inner Structure

-Detachable Outlast lining with thermal regulation and 60g insulation.

-Rukka AirCushion. No more monkey butt.

Strengthenings

Extra material not needed because Armacor itself is as durable as leather as tested by the ADAC in spring of 2002.

Care

-Machine wash on fine wash program at 90-100 F with normal fine washing power without soft agent. Rinse thoroughly. Put only one jacket or a pair of trousers at a time in machine.

-Remove protectors.

-Iron at low temperature (no. 1 setting).

-Do not dry clean.

-Tumble dry at low temperature (max 55C) one item at time.
